Contrary to what is stated above, this model is NOT an automatic but quartz movement. Either way, it's a great watch if you can find one (999 unit limited edition). The black PVD finish is handsome yet tough and rugged. I beat this watch up with everyday use (until it was stolen) and it still looks good. I really like like the weight - doesn't feel light or flimsy like my other watches.Because of this model, I ended up buying the A.9082.BO as a replacement, yet another great timepiece.

This watch is a everyday watch for me it does not come off. I use it at work and it will get banged around. The handbook that comes with it is pretty much useless for setting alarm or reference time for the alarm to work. I had to go to luminox website and read their PDF file on how to set alarm. Also another thing the date yesterday was 11-30-11 and today in the morning the watch read the 31st I thought the watch would be set to the correct month. Or maybe the watch just can't tell what month it is. Overall very nice watch!!!! oh yeah first time with luminox and at first I thought illumination would be a lot brighter it's ok you will be able to read it no problem at night.

The Seiko SKX007 is a great watch. I picked mine up on ebay for a good price. The watch is an automatic, with pretty good movement for the money. The watch has been reliable, even taking some hard hits. After wearing it for a day(and presumably fully winding the spring), it will last about 36 hours before stopping and requiring a good shake to wake it back up(you cannot mechanically wind this watch...you can only wind the spring by shaking/wearing it). The watch gains about 10 seconds per day, and is comfortable to wear. Even though the case is on the larger side, it sits just right on my wrist so I don't feel the weight too much. Overall, I'd recommend this watch.

This is a good, cheap, automatic watch. I get plenty of compliments on it, more so than my fancier watches. Not sure why that is. It runs fast by about 3-4 minutes if you wear it everyday. It keeps time for up to 2 days even if you set it down. It charges with the movement of your wrist, or you can wind it up. I would recommend this for a cheap everyday watch.
